Pierce Washington is now an official consulting partner of Anthropic, the company behind Claude, through the Claude Partner Network. The partnership builds on how our teams already use Claude on Salesforce and Oracle projects, and it expands how we help clients put Claude to work in the revenue processes that run their business.
The timing matters. In August, Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce, which brings Salesforce data and workflows directly into Claude and makes Claude available as a reasoning model in Agentforce. Oracle now lets developers build agentic applications for Fusion Applications with Claude Code, and Oracle Integration can connect to Claude through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). AI is moving into the systems where quotes, orders, and contracts live, which is exactly where Pierce Washington works.
Building on a Strong Foundation
Long before formalizing this partnership, Pierce Washington was already putting Claude to work in our delivery practice. As champions of early AI adoption, our teams have used Claude to accelerate solution design, streamline development efforts, improve documentation, and enhance overall delivery efficiency across client projects.
We’ve also gone beyond everyday productivity. Our teams have turned Pierce Washington’s delivery know-how into a growing library of AI skills and tools for Salesforce and Oracle projects. They connect through MCP, the open standard Anthropic created for linking AI to business systems, and they already help with work like checking whether an org is ready for Revenue Cloud, preparing and loading large product catalogs, and drafting user stories and solution designs. That way, every consultant starts from the approach our best architects use.
Where Claude Meets Revenue Operations
Quote-to-cash is where Pierce Washington built its reputation, and it’s where we expect Claude to make the biggest difference first. When Claude acts in Salesforce, it works through Salesforce’s own business rules, so the quality of the Revenue Cloud setup underneath (product catalog, pricing, approvals, and orders) decides how far clients can rely on what Claude does. Getting that setup right is our specialty.

Beyond Quote-to-Cash
Our work doesn’t stop at quote-to-cash. Pierce Washington also advises on and implements AI across the wider Salesforce landscape, from Agentforce in Service Cloud to the data foundation every AI use case depends on. On data architecture we stay platform-agnostic: whether a client’s data lives in Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure, we recommend what fits their business rather than what suits a single vendor.
Claude fits that approach. It’s available on all three major clouds (AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure), inside data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks, and within the Salesforce Trust Boundary, so clients, including those in regulated industries, can adopt it within the environments and governance they already have.
Looking Ahead
As a member of the Claude Partner Network, Pierce Washington gains access to Anthropic’s partner training and certifications, technical support from Anthropic’s partner team, and joint go-to-market programs. We’ll use it to certify our architects on Claude, grow our Revenue Cloud and Oracle CPQ skill library, and bring new Claude-based offerings to our clients.
What won’t change is our focus on getting the details right. Anthropic’s emphasis on safe, reliable AI matches how we approach every implementation, because AI is only as trustworthy as the data, rules, and processes it acts on.
