NetApp came to PW with a need to improve business operations and to replace their legacy EBS Configurator. The challenge they faced was to improve the UI and improve system performance while being able to have shorter release cycles and data driven architecture.

Solution:

PW integrated CPQ with SAP and EBS to help NetApp launch its first ever direct purchase sales channel allowing its customers to purchase new cloud subscription products through B2B ecommerce. The release paved the way for the next generation of products and services sold by NetApp. One of the main benefits of this change was the ability to implement a solution that was more business administered, allowing them to have more control over product and pricing information which greatly improved their ability to respond to market changes and conditions. Overall improving their operation efficiency.
