NetDocuments was using a customized quoting solution that was created by a previous IT team that is no longer with the company. As the company has continued to grow through acquisitions this antiquated tool was holding them back from implementing new pricing strategies. With the introduction of self-service trials on their site and for existing customers through the platform, the finance team was overwhelmed with increased invoicing and manual adjustments/calculations required for accurate billing. As a result of the company’s expansion through mergers and acquisitions, they were struggling to keep up with the customized quoting solution and manual finance processes.

Solution:

Pierce Washington provided a full end-to-end implementation service for NetDocuments by delivering a scalable Revenue Cloud implementation that structured the roadmap for onboarding new acquisitions. PW implemented Revenue Cloud to automate quoting, order management, provisioning, and subscription billing with an integration to NetSuite for accounting purposes. Additionally, NetDocuments retroactively migrated roughly 10,000 historical contracts and consolidated hundreds of skus in the rationalization exercises, which streamlined the processes.
