KIDD & CO
Kidd & Company (“KCO”) is the private equity investment arm of the Kidd family office. The firm traces its roots to 1976 when Bill Kidd made his first private investment. Since that time, the firm has grown and prospered by following a non-traditional approach to private equity investing, both in terms of firm structure and investing philosophy. KCO is not a typical private equity firm — we are not a fund. The partners fund the operational costs of the firm, and we invest our own personal capital in every transaction.
KCO partners with founders/owners and senior management who have created valuable businesses, but who are open to partnering with our firm in order to take their businesses to the next level. The unifying theme of our investments is a cohesive thesis/strategy that forms the basis of an execution plan that is rigorously pursued to accelerate growth, improve scalability, enhance competitive differentiation, boost profitability and dramatically increase enterprise value.

SOUTHFIELD
Southfield Capital has been partnering with exceptional, growing companies since its origins as a private equity firm in 2002. In 2013, Southfield launched its dedicated mezzanine strategy, providing both debt and equity investments across the lower middle market while partnering with experienced management teams and private equity sponsors across a variety of industry verticals.
