Our founders started the company with this concept in mind and we are fully committed to working with our employees to provide the flexibility to balance their work, family, personal interests.
We are a smaller team and flatter structure. No one’s ever stuck by themselves trying to solve a problem on their own. We work together and help each other out.
As a part of a growing organization our employees are expected to take responsibility and plan their own work, rather than simply “following orders”. Our consultants are encouraged to take the initiative, which generates learning and development opportunities. They work independently, but value group discussion and bouncing ideas off one another.
