Challenge:
Diebold Nixdorf turned to Pierce Washington to unify the legacy Diebold Nixdorf companies and to transform DN to XaaS business and to enable more efficient maintenance of product releases and updates.
Solution:
Pierce Washington provided CPQ and integration expertise for an existing CPQ implementation and assisted with the rollout of new software pricing structure and subscription model. PW lead design sessions around new BOM and JET UI functionality as well as provided assistance with requirement gathering and implementation of newly acquired business.
This resulted with a successful go-live of relaunch of enhanced CPQ instances.
