Fuji Film has leveraged its imaging and information technology to become a global presence known for innovation in healthcare, graphic arts, optical devices and highly functional materials.
Challenge:
Fuji Film needed integration expertise for an existing CPQ implementation and to assist with the rollout of new software pricing structure and subscription model for its clients. A second challenge that Fuji Film was facing was to enable 3rd party parts to be sold via CPQ and improve UI.
Solution:
PW worked to improve our business operations, implement a digital transformation strategy that focused on five separate sprint development cycles phased by priority. The first priority was to increase business agility via data table administration. This helped Fuji Film to quickly and easily make changes to our product and pricing information, which improved our ability to respond to changing market conditions. The second priority was to eliminate order errors via configuration, workflow, and integration enhancements. This helped them to improve the accuracy of our quotes and reduce the risk of errors, which led to increased revenue and improved customer satisfaction. The third priority was to enable subscription selling via CPQ and Subscription Billing, which helped them to offer more flexible purchasing options to our customers and improve our ability to generate recurring revenue. Overall, these improvements have greatly increased our business agility and improved Fuji Film’s bottom line.
Results:
- Integrated Salesforce and SAP ERP
- Increased business agility via data table administration
- Eliminated order errors via configuration, workflow and integration enhancements
- Enabled subscription selling via CPQ and subscription management
