Challenge:
Harmonic needed to replace their existing Excel CPQ and be able to add new product lines that Harmonic acquired with a revised workflow.
Solution:
PW added a new product line to their existing BigMachines system with revised approvals, calculations and SLA process. PW implemented two phases; First phase – implement the BMI replacement for Excel CPQ and Second phase – implement BMI for EV Cloud.

- Ability to create quote and submit an order to Oracle ERP
- EchoSign generation with output doc details
- Enabled a global quoting platform
