Challenge:
Keyloop needed to enhance its customer experience and onboarding process for acquired customers and to provide an easier onboarding experience for acquired customers that provided clear guidance and support. Keyloop was also looking for a solution to be able to have better visibility to what the customer owned and needed to create user-friendly dashboard that would display all of the customers account information in one place. Keyloop needed to find a way to simplify product pricing and allow for bundling and cross-selling in a way that would make the customer’s experience more seamless.
Solution:
Pierce Washington provided recommendations for product and pricing, contract simplification and data and integration architecture. PW provided a framework for a global process alignment and system architecture. In the second phase of the project PW rolled out ERP and CPQ.
