Motorola needed a solution that could improve the sales quoting experience and streamline the quote process. The current EBS Configurator was not meeting the needs of the sales team and was causing delays in the quote process.


PW determined that Motorola needed to replace the EBS Configurator with a CPQ Configurator that was more advanced and user friendly. The sales team needed to be able to quickly and easily create accurate quotes for the customer and improve turn time.
