Challenge:
Paychex was looking for a solution that could help reduce quote times and enable multi-site quoting. The current quote process was taking too long and not meeting the needs of the sales team. To address this, Paychex is considering implementing a new system that can streamline the quote process, resulting in faster quotes and improved efficiency.
Solution:
PW provided a system configuration that will enable multisite quotes for SMB sellers. This will improve the quote process, resulting in a faster quote turn around and improved customer satisfaction. Then PW implemented a similar capability for another 1000 users across additional business units. Integrating CPQ and ecommerce has allowed the customer to have a self-service buying journey.
