Challenge:
Schnieder needed to replace their Siebel quoting tool for internal sales reps and implement a global quoting platform for 2000 sales reps in 70 countries. Schnieder also needed to solve for errors in quoting, delays in quoting and not being able to audit their workflows. They were in need of a streamlined process that enabled faster quote turn time and increase customer satisfaction.
Solution:
PW was able to replace the legacy quoting tool with CPQ for internal sales. By leveraging legacy configurators to tightly integrate with the pricing and quoting CPQ, allowed for the quoting process to be streamlined, increasing the sales reps productivity and provide more accurate and efficient customer service.
