Symantec needed a more advanced and efficient solution for its current Excel CPQ tool. The existing did not meet the needs of the sales team and caused delays in the quote process.

Symantec wanted to replace the existing Excel CPQ tool with CPQ and wanted to implement a Guided Selling model which will provide the sales team with a step by step process to create quotes.

Solution:

PW set up Symantec with CPQ to replace their legacy CPQ tool providing a more advanced and user-friendly replacement and it enabled the sales team to quickly and easily create accurate quotes for customers.
