This allowed for a unified customer experience and eliminated the need for customers to navigate multiple platforms for different business units. With the integration of all 14 business units on a single platform, customers were able to access all the necessary information and services in one place. This greatly improved customer satisfaction and reduced the time and effort required to complete transactions.
